Ist zwar eigentlich OT, aber ich wollt nicht extra einen neuen Thread auf machen. Wollt nur mal fragen, warum man im Moment keine Bilder posten kann. Hat das immer noch mit dem Serverumzug zu tun?

das hat wohl eher mit dem noch-nicht wirklich stattgefundenen server-umzug zu tun... der letzte hat nämlich nicht wirklich gefunzt und daher werden anhänge wohl erstmal nicht möglich sein, bis chris es tatsächlich mal hinbekommen hat.

ihr könnt ihn ja als kleine erinnerung per mail terrorisieren

Danke Liv Naja, einige haben mir ja schon den Tip gegeben die Bilder bei bv hoch zu laden, und dann einfach einen Link zu posten. Das hilft zumindest für den Anfang

Wollte nur mal den Trhead aus der Versenkung holen, damit die neuen auch wissen das es ihn gibt und man nicht für jede Frage einen xtra Thread auf machen muß




und btw. fällt mir gerade ein, daß ich da auch noch eine Frage habe.....

Mein Bruder hat gesagt, daß Adam irgendwann mal sagte, daß die Vampire an Kreuzen nur anfangen zu "braten" weil sich die Blutsauger das einbilden. Eigentlich würde ein Kreuz den Vampiren nämlich gar nichts tun.... also mittlerweile habe ich die komplette 4 Staffel gesehen und konnte die Textstelle nicht finden.... hat jemand eine Antwort für mich? (nicht das ich auf meinen Bruder hören würde, oder so )

Müsste doch etwa Who Are You sein.. Da machen die Vampire doch einen Test-Aufstand in der Kirche.. Also entweder die oder eine davor.. This Year's Girl..
Naja fällt mir jetzt nur so spontan zu dem Thema ein..

Also das einzige, was er vielleicht gemeint haben könnte.. in Who Are You..

ADAM: I've been thinking. About vampires.

Boone: (threateningly) This is my place.

ADAM: (unintimidated) You're place, yes. The sewers. You hide
from them. Crawl about in their filth. Scavenging like rats. What
do you fear?

(Boone has a 'you believe the *cajones* on this guy' look on his face
and turns to the vamp flunky on his right.)

Boone: Kill this guy already.

(The vamp charges Adam with a growl. For his part, Adam just raises
an arm in a 'never mind' manner and catches the vampire by the throat.
As the other three vamps look on in 'deep shit' wonderment, Adam
continues as if not interrupted.)

ADAM: You fear the cross. The sun. Fire. (looks at his captive)
And, oh, yes . . .

(He clamps his other hand on the unfortunate vamp's shoulder. Close
up shot of Adam as we hear him rip its head off. Cut to Adam's feet
and the vamp's body falls to the ground, quickly followed by its head
and it's in mid roll when they both disintegrate to ashes.)

ADAM: I believe decapitation is a problem as well.

Boone: You can have the place. I mean, we don't have to stay here
anymore.

ADAM: You fear death. (Adam walks closer to them) Being immortal,
you fear it more than those to whom it comes naturally. Vampires are
a paradox.

Boone: (nervously) Okay. We're a paradox. That's cool.

ADAM: Demon in a human body. You walk in both worlds and belong to
neither. I can relate. Come.

(Adam puts a hand on his shoulder and Boone is more than a little
anxious, but Adam just smiles at him.)

ADAM: We have a lot to talk about.

oder ein bisschen später...

ADAM: (pacing) I have a gift no man has. No demon has ever had.
(faces them)I know why I'm here. I was created to kill. To
extinguish life wherever I find it. And I have accepted that
responsibility. You have lived in fear and desperation because you
didn't have that gift. But it's time to face your fear.

Boone: (stands) Tell us what to do.

ADAM: (approaching) You are here to be my first. To let them
know that I am coming.

Boone: (sincerely) We're ready.

ADAM: Then ask yourself, what is it? More than man. More than
anything else. What is the thing you fear?

Also er sagt es nicht ausdrücklich, aber die nächste Vampirszene ist in der Kirche:

Boone: It's hard to believe. I've been avoiding this place for so
many years, and it's nothing. It's nice! (turns to face the
frightened parishioners) It's got the pretty windows, the pillars . .
. lots of folks to eat. (a few gasps from the folks) Where's the thing
I was so afraid of? You know, the Lord? He was supposed to be here.
He gave us this address. (sighs) Well, we'll just have to start
killing off His people. (more gasps) See if He shows up.

Mehr fällt mir zu dem Thema nicht ein als die Szene in Who Are You..

Gibt es in der 4. Season eine Weihnachtsfolge?? Welche ist das?
Und wenn nicht, welche Folgen liegen denn um Weihnachten herum???
