Angel Wildfeed 3.22 "Tomorrow"

Beitrag von Manu » Mo 20 Mai, 2002 1:36 pm

Hier das englische Wildfeed
Groo approaches Cordelia in the office. He offers a tea of some sort, something Pylean. Cordelia doesn't think it looks particularly appetizing. He offers her a cup. She takes a sip, clearly doesn't care for it but tries to be kind about it. Groo offers a massage, Cordy misunderstands and tells him she's not comfortable having sex at the office. He hugs her, she notes Angel has returned. She asks how things went. Angel tells her he found Holtz, didn't kill him, they talked. He asks if Connor came home. He says Holtz decided it was best for Connor to be with Angel. Cordy hugs him, telling him she's happy for him.

As Connor holds Holtz and cries over his body, Justine tells him Holtz wanted to walk away but Angelus killed him anyway. Justine offers to help Connor kill Angel. He says, "no." She asks what he wants to do if not kill him.

A happy Angel goes through the hotel, Cordelia following, looking for the right room for Connor. Cordy notes it's tough getting used to calling him Steven. Angel isn't crazy about it either but it's what Connor wants. Angel makes plans for all the things he'll need, realizing he really has no idea about such things. He fears Connor is going to hate him. Cordelia reassures him Connor won't. Angel thinks the vampire thing will always be between them. Cordelia tells him he's a good man, Connor is smart, he'll see that.

Lorne enters and says Connor can have his room, he's leaving for Vegas. He plans to work for a friend who owns a club there. Cordy asks about rebuilding Caritas. Lorne reminds them every time he rebuilds his club, they destroy it. Angel thinks he's leaving because of Connor. Lorne acknowledges that's part of it. He loved him as a baby and knows Connor hates demons now. He suggests Angel not turn his back on Connor.

Justine and Connor pull up in a pickup on a bluff. Connor mentions Utah. Justine is surprised Holtz told him about that. He says he talked about it all the time. Justine tells him they have to bury Holtz. Connor says no. He pulls a blanket from over Holtz's body and looks at it a moment. Justine grabs a shovel and offers to bury him. Connor says he'll do what he has to do. He's afraid since Holtz was killed by a vampire, he may come back as one. He dumps the body onto the ground and decapitates it.

Lilah approaches Wes in a club. She joins him, in spite of his lack of interest in her doing so. She tells him nobody cares about him but her. He doesn't buy it. Lilah admits she cares that his knowledge is going to waste. She wonders if Connor isn't something unique, something that's never happened. Wes tells her many prophecies foretell the coming of something that seemed impossible. Lilah wonders if it's something good or evil. Wes notes it could be either. Lilah wonders what happens if the kid is evil. Wes can't kill him because he's Angel's son, but if Connor killed someone like Fred -- Wes thinks she should go. Lilah asks what it was like when Justine cut him. Wes grabs her throat and asks her if she really wants to know.

Fred and Gunn arrive back at the hotel. They wonder where everyone is. Groo tells them Angel and Cordelia are upstairs looking for a room for Connor.

Angel and Connor come back downstairs. Angel asks where Connor is. Gunn tells him Connor took off when he overheard them saying Angel was going to Holtz's. Angel says he won't find anything, Holtz has left.

Connor arrives back at the hotel. He says he went to see his father, but he wasn't there. Angel tells him Holtz left. He hands him the letter and tells him Holtz wanted him to have it.

Connor reads over the letter and says Holtz tells him his place is with Angel. Angel tells him it wouldn't have to be permanent, maybe they can just give it a try. Connor smiles a creepy smile and agrees that's a good idea.

Later, Connor is in his room, reading over the letter. Angel comes in, bringing a bookcase and some books. He offers food but Connor says he's not hungry. He asks Connor if he's ever been to a movie. He says he hasn't. Angel thinks an action movie sounds good. He tells Connor if there's anything he wants to do, just let him know.

Connor tries to hit him. Angel blocks the blow. Connor says he wants to learn how to do what Angel does, he wants to fight like him. Angel is pleased to hear that and agrees.

Angel, Connor, Fred and Gunn work on fighting techniques in the lobby.

Angel mentions to Cordelia that they're going to a movie later, he asks if she wants to come. She declines, saying she's spending some time with Groo.

Cordelia arrives back at her place where Groo is waiting. She notices something is wrong, she asks what. Groo says he's wrong for her, he's not the one she loves. Cordy wonders what he's talking about.

At the hotel, Lorne comes to Angel's room to say good-bye. Angel apologizes for his feeling he has to leave because of Connor. Lorne says it's okay. He hands Angel a CD of songs he's done. Lorne tells Angel Cordelia loves him back.

Cordelia denies Groo's statement but he knows otherwise.

Lorne tells Angel to be open to things; Connor is back, sometimes life works out. He leaves.

Cordelia tells Groo she doesn't know what to say. He asks her if she loves only him.

Groo packs up and leaves as Cordelia watches him go.

Angel, Connor, Fred and Gunn are at a drive-in movie watching an action flick. Gunn leaves to get more popcorn for Fred. A helicopter hovers over the car, W&H commandoes rappel down from it. Gunn sees what's happening and rushes back to the car. Fight ensues. Linwood and Gavin watch the action surveillance monitors in a van parked nearby. They consider the possibilities of getting their hands on Connor, cutting him open, seeing what he is.

The commandoes get the order to abort, the helicopter disappears. Linwood sees Angel coming toward the van he's in. He tells the driver to go but Angel opens the door before they can go anywhere. The sound of police sirens stops Angel from going any further. Connor grabs Linwood and tells him to stay away from his father. Linwood assures "Steven" he's not his enemy. Connor tells him to call him "Connor". Angel looks on proudly.

Cordelia is having a conversation with herself in a mirror about what she feels or what she doesn't about Angel. Her other self tells her she loves Angel and everything will be all right, she knows that. Cordelia incredulously thanks her reflection in the mirror.

Cordy calls Angel and tells him she needs to talk to him about something. He wonders if it's something bad. She says it could be good depending on what he feels about her. She tells him to meet her at a viewpoint later so they can talk. She gives him directions and hangs up.

Angel tells Connor he has to go out. Connor wonders if he's meeting Cordelia. He says he is. Connor says he likes her, it's good to see Angel happy. Fred gives Angel a poke, reminding him happy is okay, "perfectly happy" isn't.

Wes and Lilah finish having sex. He tells her to get out. Lilah lets him know she enjoyed it, all that rage and hate is a turn on for her. He wonders if she's still there. She tells him not to think about her when she's gone. He says he didn't think about her when she was there. Lilah notes the irony of Angel having a soul and Wesley losing his. She leaves.

Angel pulls the car to a stop at the viewpoint, overlooking the ocean.

Cordelia tears down the freeway on her way to meet him.

Angel looks over the ocean, checks his watch, fusses with his hair. He pulls out his cell phone, starts to make a call but drops it down the side of the bluff.

Cordelia is in her car working out what she's going to say. She starts to do the glow thing and figures this is really bad timing. All the cars on the freeway come to a standstill. Cordelia looks around to see everyone frozen in place.

Angel heads back for his car and sees Connor approaching. He asks him what he's doing there. Connor tells him they're family, he wants to show him how he feels about that. He tackles him, they both go tumbling over the bluff to the beach below. Fight ensues.

Cordelia gets out of her car and checks out a woman frozen in place in another car. Skip shows up and asks if she remembers him. Cordy says she does, he's her demon guide. She asks what's going on, she thinks she's dying. He tells her she isn't, it's not the end, it's the beginning. He tells her the battle they fight takes place in many places, many dimensions. Skip tells her she's become something else now. She proved she was worthy when she used her 'power' wisely.

Cordelia notes she was being tested and says she doesn't understand. Skip thinks she does. Cordelia realizes he's saying she's a 'higher being' and he thinks she's ready to move onto something else. Skip thinks she knows the truth of it. Cordy admits she does, but she thinks a bit of time to get used to it would be good. She realizes she doesn't have that.

Connor and Angel continue fighting. Angel fights defensively, not trying to hurt Connor which results in him getting his ass kicked. Connor pulls a weapon of sorts, kind of a Taser on steroids, and stuns Angel with it a few times until he's unconscious. He awaits the arrival of a boat coming to shore.

Cordelia tells Skip she can't leave without telling Angel how she feels. He says she has more important things to do in "higher realms." Cordelia asks Skip if he could at least tell Angel what she was going to tell him. He says he's not allowed. Cordelia wonders how the Powers could do this to her now, then realizes this is her final test.

Connor works on sealing a shipping crate with Angel inside, bound by metal cables. He asks why Connor is doing this. He tells him because he killed Holtz. Angel denies it. Justine reinforces it's the truth. Angel realizes Connor helped him at the drive-in because he wanted to kill him himself. Connor tells him he's not going to die, he's going to live forever as he works on sealing the crate.

Cordelia tells Skip she knows things will be okay, whatever happens. She asks him what she should do. He tells her to just say yes. She answers, "I already have." Her clothes change to a white gown as a shaft of bright light appears and she slowly floats upward. She looks down at Skip and smiles.

Angel tells Connor he loves him, one day he'll know the truth. He continues telling him he loves him as Connor and Justine bolt the lid on the box. The lid has a square opening covered with wire mesh at the head of it. Connor welds the lid shut then he and Justine push it off of the boat into the ocean. The crate sinks as Connor and Justine look on.

Back at the hotel, Fred asks if Connor wants to join her and Gunn for a snack. Gunn says Connor wasn't upstairs. Fred is concerned. She thinks they should tell someone. Gunn says he couldn't reach either Angel or Cordelia. Fred wonders if something is wrong.

Cordelia continues her trip upward.

Angel continues his journey to the depths of the ocean.

Tja, denkste. Pustekuchen. Was soll jetzt wieder so ein Ende?

naja, ein paar witzige momente warn sicher dabei "fred, you're a vampire, you're not in cats"
und wie connor und Angel sich verstanden haben (oder scheinbar von connors seite) war ja auch richtig sweet. "my name is connor" hat mir richtig gut gefallen. :-D
naja was gibts ansonsten zu sagen... der schluss war hart, es bleibt zu erwarten was denn nun mit Cordy passiert, insgesamt ein fieser cliffhanger. :-D
oh, und ich dachte bis zur letzten sekunde dass Connor Angel doch nicht reinstößt. und Justine wird mir immer unsympathischer, dabei mochte ich sie vorher sogar ein bisschen. :cheesy:
There's no fear when I'm in my room
It's so clear and I know just what I want to do
All day bedroom dancing
To you I wanna say
Your my thing.
